2. Scroll down to the MySQL menu Create the database. When you create the database you choose the name. This then becomes the name of your database. Your username will be added to it so that the full database name will be username_dbname.
3. To add a user go to Add New User, type the desired name and password twice followed by the Create User button
4. You then add this user to the database you created and it should then give you some privileges by going to Add User to Database and click on Add
5. In the displayed page we usually check All Priviledges followed by Make Changes
